FAQs

  • Yes! We offer a standard three-part payment structure: 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. This helps us secure your spot in the calendar and ensures a smooth, focused process. Need something different? Just ask. We're happy to explore flexible payment options to make the investment work for your business.

  • We get this question a lot, and we totally understand the instinct. But we don’t offer “just a logo,” and here’s why:

A logo is like the tip of the iceberg. It’s what people see first, but it’s only one part of a much bigger picture. Without strategy, messaging, and a cohesive visual system behind it, even the best logo won’t carry your brand very far.

When we design, we’re thinking about how your brand shows up everywhere — from your website and packaging to social posts, emails, and beyond. Our goal is to build something that’s not just good-looking, but smart, scalable, and aligned with your business goals.

So no, we don’t design logos in isolation. But if you're ready to invest in a brand that works hard for you, we’d love to help you build it right from the start.

  • Yes! If you already have a logo or partial brand identity, we’re happy to build on it. We’ll work with what you have — and identify what’s missing — to create a more complete, consistent brand system.

  • Project start dates vary depending on availability. We typically book projects 2–4 weeks in advance, so the sooner we know what you’re thinking, the better! Early conversations give us time to define the scope, align expectations, and set your project up for success.

  • Item descriptionThat’s okay, and that’s what we’re here for! You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We’ll help you clarify your goals and recommend the best next steps.

In the meantime, check out our Brand Audit offering. This is a low-commitment way to set a baseline for what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next for your brand.
